Vietnamese cuisine seems complicated, but after attending my cooking workshop, you will see that it is quite possible to put a delicious, original and healthy meal on the table in a short time.
During the workshop, I will share many of my culinary secrets and tricks with you. Moreover, it will be a fun and tasty experience.
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with an aperitif and some appetizers, after which I will give a brief welcome speech. I will then explain the menu and its ingredients based on the recipes handed out.

The cost for a cooking workshop is €127.00 per person, including 21% VAT. The price includes an aperitif, snacks, water, coffee, tea, dinner and the cooking workshop recipes. The price does not include alcoholic beverages.
In the Vietnamese cuisine, we often use peanuts and other nuts. If someone has a severe nut allergy, it is advisable not to participate, due to the possible presence of traces. I apologize in advance for this.
The workshop lasts 4.5 to 5 hours, including dinner. Depending on the menu and participants' experience, we will need about 2.5 hours to cook. All supplies such as ingredients, aprons, knives and boards are provided. All you have to do is have fun!

If you come with family, a group of friends or colleagues, you can choose the date, time and menu in consultation with me. The minimum number of participants is 10 people and the maximum is 12 people. If you want to come with less than 10 people, that's no problem. However, the total price remains for 10 people.
